Our Insulated Roller Doors are manufactured especially to suit your garage. Sizes
of up to 5.4m wide and 3m high are available
Installation is easy – no frame is required maximizing your opening width for easier
parking. As the door opens vertically, you can park up to the door saving space.
The automatic option will cost less than you think, and give you convenient and
hassle free operation.
Face Fix (Normal Side Room Application)
Side room requirement is 95mm minimum each side to allow the side guides to be installed.
Restricted Clearance Fix (Restricted Side Room Application)
If there is not 95mm each side of the opening the guide can be installed in-between
the opening, but this will reduce the open drive through width.
Head Room Requirements
The headroom requirement for a roller door is 300mm. Should you have 205mm it is
possible to use a 55mm (compact) lath.
It is possible to install the barrel (top of door) within the opening if you do
not have 300mm headroom. this will leave the workings exposed and will require a
fascia to be fitted.

The drive through height is usually the opening height less 56mm.
